The Non-profit student association JonkBAD, Bibliothéikswiesen-, Archivistik- an Dokumentatiounsstudenten was founded in 2015.

Our missions are the representation of Luxembourgish Information Science students, the promotion of library, archives, and documentation studies as well as the organisation of exchange and networking opportunities for our members.

Throughout the year, we represent our association at several annual events such as the Studentefoire and the Walfer Bicherdeeg. We regularly visit secondary schools to present our diverse professions and study opportunities, advocate for our professions, and provide accurate information about studies and professions.

We update our listing of studies in the field of Information Sciences every year. It lists universities offering a variety of field-specific courses in order to aid students when they wish to follow one of the information career paths.
